(I thought I had a lot of pictures from the
Aquarium! I am posting our vacation pictures in parts because there are so many.)
Lots of packing, prepping, making lists, and loading, and we were off. The annual Akin Vacation commenced this year with a car full of stuff...
And I thought I only brought what we
really needed! Life with two kids = morestuffyougottabring. We made it to Florida without any major problems. The first evening Lailey and I played out on the beach and she had a blast running around.

| This is the wonderful view from our condo and the pool where we spent a lot of time. |
 |
| Maddox liked the beach a little too much. He kept eating sand! |
 |
| Somebody else's deserted sand castle and hole that Lailey claimed. |
 |
| Our first sand castle we built together! |

I left the bathroom cabinet empty and it was her play area the whole time. It was an airplane, a car, and all sorts of other things. |

Seaside Fiesta
In NSB, they hold an annual event called Seaside Fiesta where local businesses, restaurants, vendors and such have a big party. There's lots of food, fun, and...a bouncy castle! Every 3-year-old's favorite thing. And it was free. Every parent's favorite thing.

Beach Time
We had quite a bit of rainy weather while down there, so when we had the chance to stay one extra day we jumped at the chance, hoping to get a good beach day in. It ended up being a beautiful day, and we had SO much fun.
